All Candidates
Please email or mail to GRVR Recruiting Coordinator with your resume and a letter that answers the following three questions in detail:
1. Why do you want to work for GRVR?
2. How will GRVR's clients benefit from GRVR employing you?
3. Why are you the best candidate for a position at GRVR?
Law Students and Attorneys
In addition to answering the three questions above, please provide us with a writing sample of between 250 and 500 words. Don’t submit anything that was or is being filed in court or that was prepared for a legal writing class or a moot court competition. We don’t even like law review or journal articles (although you can mention them in your resume). Also, don’t give us anything that you co-authored with someone else.
We accept almost anything else that gives us an idea of how well you write and what kind of a person you are. It doesn’t have to be law-related. We like writing samples that explain a process: How do you get ketchup out of a bottle? What’s the easiest way to make friends? How should organizations promote team building? How do you find the best restaurants if you’re new in town? What directions would you give for someone trying to get from your address to our firm? Do you consider yourself lucky? Do you consider yourself curious?
