Ms. Rodriguez is a founding member and name-principal of GRVR. Her practice includes international litigation, intellectual property, import and export law, customs law, and international law. She received a B.A. in Government from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Public Affairs at Syracuse University, and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School (where she was a Juan Tienda scholar). Ms. Rodriguez has been an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Banking Law and Adjunct Assistant Professor of International Banking Law at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. Ms. Rodriguez is the chief instructor for the firm’ customs broker exam course, and she recently passed the customs broker license examination.

Mr. Pifer has over 15 years of experience in negotiating and performing international transactions.

Ms. Rolon received her Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University in 1979 and her Juris Doctorate from New York University Law School in 1983. Before moving to Texas, Ms. Rolon was legal counsel for the Michigan Senate Judiciary Committee. Ms. Rolon was one of twenty attorneys from the United States selected to be a member of the Joint Venture Program sponsored by Saint Mary's University Law School and the Universidad de Monterrey at Garza, Garcia Nuevo Leon, Mexico. The Joint Program's goal was to advance studies in business transactions between the United States and Mexico by providing an intensive cross-cultural training program with other attorneys from the United States and Mexico.
